Here’s the thing, if you’re going into any romantic endeavour and the girl is playing hard to game or pulling up shit tests and games, simply do not play along.

Communicate that you’re genuinely interested and am not interested in games. She’ll either realise that she doesn’t have to play games since you’re already interested and now honestly reciprocate or realise that yeah I can’t play games with this dude and am not interested so she’ll move on.

Never waste time on a girl or anyone else for that matter. Have a sense of respect for yourself and simply call her out, more often that not you’ll save a lot of time and get an answer — whether it’s a yes or no does not matter. Plenty of fish in the sea.

Of course you should be respectfully doing this and respect her boundaries as well. Always go into these things with an assumption that she’s not playing games and that she’s interested.
