Any tips/advice on just how to become a 10/10 (exaggeration maybe) in behaviour, as in confidence, small talk, etc?

Used to not talk a lot to people outside my group (which later on fell apart, had some idiots in my year later on) and now I'm in uni I feel like I had to do something, so far I've talked to few girls on my course, but I want to learn (or know where I can find more information) about how to become more 'wanted', 'charming/charismatic', etc.

How should I be talking and what should I be doing is my main question, in order to get with a girl/ spark interest, you get it
