Your biggest issues seems that you are waiting for a vocalised invitation. 90% of what women say is through their actions.

You need to be able to read their level of interest. Don't ever wait for an invitation. KNOW when it's the right time.

We arrived at the restaurant, we sat, her knees kept bumping into mine and she leanred toward me the whole time [HINT: I WANT TO BE CLOSE TO YOU. TOUCHING IS OK. I LIKE YOU. YOU CAN TOUCH ME]

I asked for the check, and said "Let's go for a walk"
She walked even closer to me, out of nowhere I stopped, turned to her, looked her in the eyes, put my hand on her cheek, pulled her in and we made out.

And yes the night ended well.
