What are your best Tips and Tricks to opening and holding conversation?

Opening

Direct Daygame

"Hey, I was just checking reddit on my phone but I noticed you and had to come over and talk to you because you're so damn pretty and I'm hoping you have a personality to match that."

The first part where you talk about what you were doing right before you saw her is just filler. Remember, during the day the last thing a girl thinks about is meeting a guy to hook up with or possibly date so during the initial approach her mind will be focused on what she has to do or where she needs to go so by saying that part at the beginning you allow her time to shift her focus away from whatever she was thinking about and towards what you have to say.
The entire second half is great because you're stating your intentions and challenging her from the get-go at the same time. Just because you show a girl that you're interested in her doesn't necessarily mean she's already won you over so you want to make her feel that so that she will still try to impress you. The harder she works to impress you the more attracted she will become. We value that which we work for.

Direct Club Game

Do things to draw attention to yourself. Walk in with a bunch of hot girls & some cool dudes or go to the dance floor and just have a lot of fun maybe a few crazy dance moves (you don't need to be a good dancer, the moves can be funny or just crazy, anything that gets them to look) or you could just by chance catch a girl's eye from a distance.
Once you catch her eye, wave or make some sort of gesture that she can respond to.
If she responds positively, approach and simply open with "Hi"
If she responds negatively then no one else noticed that but you and her so no damage was done to your image to the rest of the club so just catch the attention of another girl and wave at her from a distance.
You can even be gesturing at other girls while you're already talking to one girl because she will just think you're gesturing to people in the club that you know. This is good because it sets up your next approach so that there will be no down time between sets.

Indirect Daygame & Nightgame

Ask for directions, the time, or any functional question
Give a compliment ("You have really nice hair, its really well done")
Comment on something that's happening in the moment (Night ex: "I've never seen dance moves like those", Day ex: "That is one fat puppy")

Conversation

Immediately after the open

Make guesses about them, the guesses can be as wild or educated as you want. If you go wild theres a lower likelihood of you getting it right but also higher likelihood of it to add fun or intrigue to the interaction, if you go educated theres a higher likelihood you get it right and amaze her but lower likelihood of it being really funny unless you know how to exaggerate and amplify. The point is, getting it right or wrong doesn't matter, whichever way it goes will lead to a conversation.

I would say that if your sense of humor is off then maybe don't go too wild because if you make a guess that's way off and deliver it dead serious then a negative reaction is likely. If you have a great sense of humor though then just guess anything you can pull out of your ass, they'll love it whichever way it goes.

As soon as your guesses get even a little bit of engagement from her

Understand that everything she says, does, wears, sounds like, looks like, is a clue to give you topics of conversation and you should be able to pull multiple topics from a single clue.

I'll break down two of these (something she says and something she does) to give you an idea of just how many topics you can pull out of one clue.

If she says she works in marketing...

Possible topics:

Why she likes it
What you know about marketing
How did she get into it?
What her favorite part about it is
Why she chose a job of that nature
What kind of person you need to be to do that job
She probably enjoys making people look good
[Anything else you can think of]

If she opens her legs in a wide stance...

Possible topics:

Martial Arts
Fitness
Dominance
Relaxation
Lesbians
Giving birth
Flexibility
[Anything else you can think of]

Some of these seem a little far off but it actually doesn't matter. If she says or does something that reminds you of another thing you can just start talking about that. Notice how a topic arises from out of nowhere at times when you're talking with you friends, that's how it happens, they do something or something in the environment happens that reminds you of something then you just start talking about it. You don't need to to tell them what reminded you of it, just start talking right away.

When she says something, respond with a statement before you ask her a question

Immediately asking a question after she says something every time is abnormal behavior by the way. You might think that is how a conversation goes but that is false. I can have you prove that to yourself right now. Go into your text messages and look at a thread where you're not discussing work or some sort of meeting, find a thread where you're shooting the shit with a good friend. Notice how most of it will be you guys making statements and responding with statements to each other's statements and only asking questions not to progress the conversation but only when you're curious, want to know something, or want to clarify something.

Constantly just asking questions is an interview not a conversation and its boring because its not interactive. You're basically just asking her to keep saying shit. A conversation is when she tells you about herself or what she thinks then you respond in kind. If you think of it like sports, tennis would be so damn boring if one player just had a hundred balls and simply kept serving while the other player just catches the balls and rolls them back over to the server's side.

In a conversation you gotta hit the ball back & forth.

We sometimes skip over 10 minutes of conversation without noticing

Lets say a girl says she's from Paris. A huge mistake to make is to say, "Oh. What brings you here?" Because you could have talked about Paris for a good 10-15 minutes at least before moving on to why she's here.

Steer the conversation towards commonalities

Lets say you're a huge fan of baseball and she happens to be a huge fan too. You guy's would end up talking about baseball all day.

If you forget every other tip about conversation then just remember to focus on finding commonalities.

I strongly suggest you to stop thinking about tricks and games, instead concentrate into develop a powerful, interesting and fulfililling lifestyle that actually YOU LOVE, that way you won't need those weird ideas about low/high value, negs, etc.

You are way too young so use this free time to develop skills, get more knowledge, etc, invest in yourself.
