Why did you not bother greeting her. Is there a reason you should be pissed at her? Does she know you're pissed at her and why?`If so, keep on ignoring. If not, pick up and tell her you didn't see her.

She called you a snob just to get your attention, to initiate contact. Did you bang her already?

I would play it off. Yes, answer the phone and when she asks why you ignored her you either go with "I was in a hurry" or "I didn't see you." Good job not rewarding bad behaviour but you can still communicate with your plates.
