The first part is borderline. When I'm roommates with someone, I expect them to give me some credit about the way I act with people I'm intimate with. The second part just seems like he was trying to make it not work for you. a real asshole.

I'm not sure if it's a good seduction advice, but whenever I'm in a situation where someone starts speaking a different language, even though we all have 1 language in common I usually call them on it and ask them why are they being rude, but in the end, in actuality, and especially after his earlier blunder, he should be scarce. I don't pretend to know why he did that, but it looks like he wanted to sabotage you.

Look unless she's an idiot she won't hold you responsible for what happened and you'll get to try again later. You gotta stop overthinking about this shit.
