So, I’ve matched with this girl on Tinder and for once things went a pretty different way than just “hooking up” and decided to give it a go. I felt that we have things in common and she also warned fairly quickly that she has a daughter which doesn’t bother me at all.

Fast forward after a few days chatting on WhatsApp and setting up a date, we got comfortable and joking around even got into sexualisation over cheeky messages.

I obviously felt that I wasn’t the only one talking to her so I made sure to close the deal on getting her out as quick as possible. She agreed to go out with me but this morning she sent me a text stating

“I’ve actually met someone so I’m not dating at the moment... it’s very early days obviously but I want to focus on it and I can’t date more than one man!! Sorry, wishing you the best of luck out there, you seem lovely :)”

So I’m now wondering what went wrong in the process and what sort of response giving her. I want to walk away with class and not be seen as needy or desperate because I’m far from that.

I just think that she was a woman I would date and possibly in the long run.

What would you guys do in this situation ?
