Do not try to make him jealous. Simply ask him if he thinks once a week is fine or if he too would like to have sex more often. I think you're right about domination being a turn-on for him and I think you can play with it — hold his hands down, cover his eyes with your hand, tell him what to do, etc. Nothin peev or rape like in that. It sounds like he's not wonderfully invested. I'd use a little jealousy to get him more attracted. I mean let's face it, you have needs and if he's not someone who can fulfill those, you are going to move on. See if he can rise to the challenge. Become less available for him and see how he reacts. I personally think seeing each other every day is codependent and leads to the death of a relationship. Stay changing, something that's not a 100% sure thing.

Update: we had sex last night and tonight BUT some caveats.
