This is so spot on. Took me way too long to realize this shit :( . I have a lot of chick friends and it is unreal how much they complain about their crush not making a move on them. When I suggest they make a move first, they just stare at me blankly. Or think up 1000 excuses why they're not going to. One of which, I've heard many times: I'm just not into guys who won't make the first move.

I‘m currently in the situation, where I want to approach a co-worker for a few months. I‘m sure she had/has interest in me too, but I fucked up many times not talking to her (at work, network-events). Feel so lost and bad because of regrets.
