Been friends with this girl for a very long time and always had a thing for her. She was in a LTR with a guy up until recently... always knew I had a thing for her and I played way too into it and put her on a pedestal.

Actually ended up hooking up with her on New Years and then again two weekends ago. Ended up visiting me last weekend with my roommates and later in the night started talking to this guy and eventually making out with him right in front of me. Didn't make a scene, just left the bar and ignored her when she turned up at our apartment. Turns out she THEN kissed my roommate (absolute best friend) much later that night (as if I wouldn't find out).

Since that weekend I've ignored all existence on her. Plan on keeping it that way but wondering if there's any further TRP advice that can be passed along.

So grateful to have found this sub recently and opened my eyes to how much of an idiot I had been up until this point.

Cliffs: -Long-time friend that OP always had a thing for and she surely knew about.

-She recently became single and we hooked up twice within the last three weeks.

-Came out to visit OP and roommates. Made out with guy in front of OP at the bar and then one of his roommates later that night.

-Cut off ALL contact since then and curious about the long-term game with this.
