I'm trying to be better at not judging someone based off their appearance. Specifically as it relates to girls (but also just people in general), acting normally and honestly around them no matter their appearance.

I find that when I'm with an attractive female, internally I'll subtly over-blow their good qualities. Oh, you volunteered once with the local homeless shelter, omg you're like Mother Theresa! And then if a less attractive girl volunteers, it's like, oh, cool good for you.

I don't like being swayed or biased over something the person had no major control over, like appearance. I get this is natural and to a certain extent inevitable, but want to work towards being less attached to outward appearances.

How do I become someone who interacts with another person based on the person they are and not how they look? How do I look beyond the exterior? Any actionable steps?
