That book is less about "dark arts" and more about understanding human psychology in regards to seduction.

Maybe because I read it while pursuing a psyche degree.

It didn't seem evil, just explained why things worked.

In a word 'no'. There really aren't any secret 'techniques' that you can use to make a girl attracted to you. If there was, we'd all be using them to sleep with every single stunning girl we see lol. Not to say that 'game' doesn't exist (i.e a lack of social skills can ruin attraction, and being fun and interesting and stuff can amplify it) but forget some secret lines and stuff to override a girls brain lol. It's actually laughable when you think about it
