There is no "end game".

It's like a Major League Baseball player. He knows that getting faster and stronger will help is game, but there is no "end game" to baseball. Even if you win a World Series ring, there is still another season to be played.

To make yourself better. To love yourself. To pick up hobbies. To inquire in a multitude of things that can enhance your life and bring you closer to men. To look back and you can say you did a good job.

A woman shouldn't be a goal or an end game. They will come along once you figure your shit out.

Moreover it seems that the consensus here is that all women are hell bent on manipulating men with the end goal of taking all their money, possessions, and children, and I just don't understand that.

I'd say it's more like "Women are only after men for what the man can give the woman (emotions, money, status, children, etc.) and have little long-term fidelity to masculine constructs like 'honesty' and 'faithfulness' when faced with better options."

To be fair, men are only after women for what the woman can offer, so human selfishness goes both ways. The main difference between the sexes is how strongly women are influenced by their emotions in the moment and how ruthless women can be in getting what they want (women are physically the weaker sex, and their survival and reproduction strategies reflect this).

I wouldn't say it's a conscious decision on their parts, but then it doesn't have to be in order to screw over an unwary guy (Alpha Fucks, Beta Bucks).

And yes, All Women Are Like This (AWALT).

The end game is basically what you want it to be, and it's going to be different for different people, however there are definitely broad categories for the "end game".

Visualize the end of your life and what you want it to look like. Do you want to be surrounded by your numerous offspring and their offspring on your death bed? Or do you want to be balls-deep in bikini models until you can no longer perform the act?

Do you want to be a notable figure in history or famous in your field of expertise? Do you want to be the author of many seminal works? Do you want your name on a university building or museum?

Look at others who have lived the life that you want to live. What did they have to do to get there? Are they happy? Take Jack Nicholson for example, the ultimate Lothario - he says that he's pretty lonely now that he is older and has a reputation as someone who won't settle down.

Check out my post in /r/AlreadyRed titled: The Red Pill "End Game". Many people in that thread said that they'd like to spin quality plates until they are older and established and have achieved their dreams, then they'd find a good young woman and have children. IMAO this is not a bad path to follow for most people.

It's good that you're thinking towards the future - that puts you ahead of most people.

Your experience is superficial, when it comes down to it, you are either her best option or you get passed over for her best option. Now you may very well be a good option, she may have a low number or you may be the most comfortable fit at this time for her. All these make you feel like she is a special one, a different one. She isn't, you just didn't get to see the other side of the coin and there is always another side to the coin.

Not let's change gears, and answer the title question.

The goal of a mans life is progress, improvement, evolution. There you will find both primal satisfaction and will radiate and attract environmental externalities.(which are great)

Now, the reason to pursue that goal, or to live in general is joy, contentment, emotional security if you will. Postmodern humans have the basics of life figured out, but we have yet to accept that basics are not sufficient. We need emotional basics, which we severely neglect and which cause us to have a unhealthy worldview(frustration, angst, fear or even anger). Feed that baseline with great experiences and see your worldview change, which in term will power you toward progression and increase exponentially those environmental externalities(the overt shit your neibors will hate you for).
