Just remembering again how important it is to get into an intentional mindset of believing in yourself.

Before you do something, you have to believe you can do it, even if it seems difficult or if you’ve never done it before.

You have to believe you can open that girl in the coffee shop and start up a fun conversation.

You have to believe you can go up to those group of girls and be fun and confident.

You have to believe you can lead a girl from the bar to the dance floor and have a great time dancing with her.

You have to believe you can do something, even if you’ve never done it before.

Here’s the thing, if you don’t believe in yourself, that set is doomed to failure. You won’t believe the words coming out of your mouth and people can tell.

Moreover, if you don’t believe in yourself and it DOES workout, it almost doesn’t matter because you never acted from a place of deep confidence. You never acted from your heart, from which real transformation occurs.

And I know what you’re thinking, bro how can I believe in myself if I’ve never done that thing I’m believing I can do.

Bro, you have to take that leap of faith. And keep taking it repeatedly. You may fail (or rather, not succeed), but so long as you continue to believe in yourself you will learn and you will figure it out.

To be sure, this is not to discount actual hard work. It is not wise to believe in oneself but not actually DO anything.

But for those of us who are putting in the work, are approaching and analyzing and trying to get better....don’t forget to believe in yourself, it’s key.
