Treat it as an exercise . The point is to get you talking to girls. Say something and then walk away. “Blah”. Then you can advance to saying hi, and then to maybe asking for directions, then to a compliment. Work progressively its each exercise challenging you to be more closer to actually opening. If you can’t utter a sound make eye contact and smile then walk away. If you cant do that just make eye contact then walk way. Start where you feel comfortable then work your way up . Also you can approach ‘regular people’ if your just feeling unsocial in general. Maybe practice the eye contact exercise with guys and girls for like an hour.

Say meow. Then if they respond, say it slower, then faster, or twice like a really cute meow, meow.

If they laugh, give a wink while you say provocatively, “Meoowwwww..”

Start by asking direction. The time (your battery is dead). Advice about restaurant. Bar. Where to go buy clothes. whatever.

Dont think about getting a number or whatever. Just talk to people.
