When someone pulls up Instagram on their phone, they can see about 9 thumbnails.

Of those 9, At least 1 should be a good photo of you. Just regular advertising.

1-2 should be shots of you being social with guys and girls.

The rest should be interesting in some way. Your life might not be visually interesting.

As the person scrolls through, at any given moment on screen there is a good shot of you, a pic or two of you being social, and the rest telling a story about what life would be like with you.

In terms of how the picture should look -

This is correct but take note it's a double edged sword. Girls will either find you high social value or thinks that you are a player. I have been doing this for years and I got a mixed of girls thinking i'm playing around and left and the girls who thinks im cool and like to hang out. It doesn't matter anyway because you won't be wasting time on the girls who left (auto filter out those who gonna waste your time)

Either way, it's advertising yourself with you being the product.
