Approach > Initiate > Escalate > Calibrate > Repeat > Close.

You're approaching without a goal, which is both good and bad.

While I always suggest Approaching without worrying about the close, you still need to have an idea of where you want this to go.

Do you just want to talk to someone for a minute and then go about your day? Do you want to get to know her better? Do you want things to escalate romantically/physically.

Whatever the answer, choose the corresponding action. Ask for her number. Invite her out. Ask what's she's doing the rest if the day/afternoon/evening. Make the appropriate transitions.

Next step is kino...actually you can make it part of your approach to shake hands...hi I'm so and so, reach out hand, try to keep her hand if it's comfortable, if she's not into it be really good about letting things go.
