by homework style i meant this:

Approach Anxiety

The most common first sticking point that people face on their journey to understand the social matrix is the fear of approaching. It’s not easy to walk up to strangers and begin conversations, this lesson gives you the proper mindset and resources to push past your fears and begin your life of adventure.

Homework:

Read the attached Approach Anxiety Workbook. Over the following week, start conversations with at least 5 strangers. The strangers can be any man or woman that you don’t already know. The person serving your dinner at a restaurant, someone you don’t know at work, and a woman at a nightclub are all fine choices.

Journal Assignment:

In your journal, answer the following questions for each interaction:

What did you say to start the conversation? What was their response? What was your first impression of the person or group? What do you think their first impression of you was?
