Let go maybe? Its actually okay not to have sex. Sounds like you like to be in control of everything in your life and afraid to get out of your comfort zone. I could very well be wrong here, just sharing my thoughts.

Can recommend activities where you interact with women, like dance classes. It might open some doors

Start working out. Crossfit. A regular ol anytime fitness. Running... Anything. Deal with that shit in another way. Youll FEEL better. Therefore making your game better . . But diet is key when working on weight. Calorie deficit. And workout hard. You should leave feeling like death. And bytime you eat. You feel amazing. You be more comfortable in your own skin. And youll start to acxept a failure at the bar. You have to be okay with getting shut down

Ice been in the same place, and the best answer is to work on it. Read The Game by Neil Strauss, talk to as many girls as you can. It's not going to be easy, but if you aren't willing to make a change you won't see a change. Best of luck to you man

Hey man I was just like you when I was 25 and relax, because it gets better. A huge thing that a lot of guys don't do is admit they need help with it, which you have already done. This is huge because you wilm not be stubborn and you will be willing to try different approaches.

I haven't read "the game" but it is just that - you have to play the game to win. All women play the game and most don't even know why. One thing an old player said to me long ago that really stuck with me is "I don't make the rules, I just follow them." Basically, learn how to play and it becomes a lot of fun and you will get much better at seeing the "moves" women make to test your skills.

The way I like to think of the game is that there is a ball (for me it's most like a basketball). The goal is to always be the one with the ball. It is like playing keep-away with the girl. You hand it to her and say "here you go" and then pull it back towards you at the last second. This makes her want the ball even more and try to get it again, see what I mean? If you let her get the ball, you have given her control of the situation now, and you will have to re-evaluate and make a good move to get the ball back. The goal is to always have the ball, don't let her get it... But make her want it really bad. The truth is, women want you to have the ball - that is how they test you and this is all just flirting and building attraction basically.

Be fun and flirty - and don't let her get the ball! Here is an example, always try to friendzone a girl first if you suspect she may try to friendzone you. Girls, like guys, hate getting friendzoned, and doing this will create tension' and tension creates attraction. She will go crazy trying to figure out why you just want to be friends (the truth is that you don't want that and you are "playing" her).

The other thing that really helped me out is when you engage a woman, lean into her a bit when you say something, and lightly touch her as you talk. It soubds crazy, and may feel awkward, but lightly put your hand on her shoulder as you lean in a bit and say something, then remove your hand as you finish speaking. Then try touching her elbow - a very errogeneous zone -and moving up to her hand, lightly touch her lower back etc... If you notice her become uncomfortable.... Bring it back to where it was ok - don't stop altogether! For example, if she was okay with the elbow, but when you went for the back she got a little nervous, just go back to the elbow where it was ok. Finally, if it feels good, go in for a kiss. And listen, if she turns her head plant the kiss directly on her cheek! Don't stop and say sorry! Try to say sorry as little as possible when engaging a female! Just because she turns her head doesn't neccessarily mean she doesn't want you to kiss her, it is just her reacting. If she does like you and you don't miss a beat and plant it on her cheek..... Fireworks!!

Eh, it's easier to get over it all and not have sex. I don't think about it anymore, and i'm actually fine about it. It was easier in my 20's, but since 30 it's just not worth the effort and i have better things to do.
