Thanks to this sub I learned that I was texting way too much, but, at least where I live, people check out each other a lot through Instagram, and flirt a lot through Instagram messages. The thing is my Instagram profile totally sucks, I don't really put up much pictures (which I know should be mainly about myself and my activities), don't have much followers (or follow much people). I still have a positive follow ratio since I mostly follow people who follow me, instead of just following people I know/like. I'm not ugly by any means, just not that photogenic, so I don't usually have much pictures.

I am a bit self conscious about it, but I don't really want to be a "social media person". I'm just afraid this may damage my attractiveness, and my ability to seduce women.

Should I invest time and and effort in bettering my profile? Should I use it as something positive about me? By this I mean describing myself like "I'm someone who doesn't want his life to revolve around social media" or "I prefer a more face to face approach".

Any inputs on this would be greatly appreciated!
