Start with getting comfortable approaching people. hi is the best opener in the world. Don’t do it every day. Do it when you see someone you are attracted to and want to learn more. Once you are comfortable with that you can move to the next step and try to carry a conversation.

Then work on escalation and getting comfortable touching people, flirting, ect.

Then you can work on closing.

Keep it organic and fun. Don’t start filling yourself with numbers or women you HAVE TO APPROACH. You can approach three women a week and get volumes of information to learn from and study. You can approach 50 women in a day and walk home with little more than a few numbers that won’t ever respond and too much data to really parse from.

You can train yourself to ignore rejection completely or you can embrace it and learn from it. Do you want high numbers to brag to your friends about or do you want a reasonably high chance of going out on a date with a woman you are actually attracted to?
