It’s up to you. I mean, you thought it was logical that on the bus wasn’t the right moment, but it was all in your head. There’s nothing wrong with that, it’s just you didn’t feel ready/comfortable/whatever in that moment, but it wasn’t a wrong moment.

There’s people who are more confident, trained, motivated than you and it’s ok.

It’s a matter of perspective.

Two wrong situations that come to mind could be a funeral or the ER in a hospital. On a bus, even if quiet, no one will notice after all.

You don't have to approach every cute girl you see as long as you are actually approaching cute girls... But the situation you are describing just seems like you looking for an excuse not to approach.

Not the right moment means you don't have the balls or skill to pull it off in this moment or you genuinely are trying not to get any girls at this time in your life. Always try to pull and you will end up with some amazing stories.
