I work at a call center, theres this girl that moved to our side of the building that I like, I think shes adorable and I like her but it's really hard to convey that. Every time I walk Into the building I'll catch her looking at me and I know shes caught me looking at her. Even when I walk by to go to the bathroom sometimes I get some courage to just look at her eyes while she looks at me, its hard to keep eye contact cuz I get nervous. She keeps trying to find excuses to walk by my teams side too, I can tell she wants to talk to me.

She works at a different department so I cant even accidently get her on the phones since our depts never interact, I also deleted my FB cuz.. its FB. And I dont think have mutual friends either. Do you guys have suggestions on how to get a conversation started? Shes on my Skype at work but I would need a good excuse to message her, to like not seem weird. It doesnt even have to be about work. Thanks guys.
