Busy = not interested sadly , true from experience. If a girl says she is busy on a day BUT suggests another day , then that is pretty positive - if not , well...you know. I get how you feel though , its shitty. Maybe we arent attractive/interesting enough , maybe they have boyfriends anyway

She's trying to let you down gently. A concerning amount of guys take a direct rejection as a grave insult to their honour or something, and will immediately start telling the woman that rejected them that she's a slut, a whore, ugly, deserves to get raped, etc. Saying "I'm too busy" is a defence mechanism by which to avoid verbal abuse. When she does actually want to meet up but is too busy, oftentimes she'll suggest a time when she's free.

yes some girls are just really shitty at time management and dont have time to meet up with a random dude they mighhhhht like to know-but more often than not, they would make time. which means- you're fucking up somewhere

"Too busy" is a soft rejection that keeps the door open for future invites. Most women do this because it often works out for them if the situation changes.

Maybe you should suggest a more fun first date.
