Hell yeah you should kiss her, keep that energy going. Just talk about your day/week and whatever interests she has. Be confident, she wants to spend time with you, make her enjoy it and want a 2nd date.

I would approach it as relaxed as possible.1.) Find a location where you are feeling comfortable, ad where you can sit next to each other.2.) Try to recall the conversation you had the first time you met her. Use those subjects to recall the vibe you had during the meetup.

3.) Always let her finish every sentence. Don't interrupt her stories.

4.) Listen to keywords in her stories, and associate something you experienced related to her story.

5.) Try to touch her frequently, but with no real intend, like her arm, when your are smiling about her jokes. Not to long, but just for a few seconds.

6.) Don't go for the kiss immediately, but when you get closer to each other, you will know when to kiss her.

7.) Watch in her left eye (the right one from your pov), but don't stare.

8.) Clean up your house/apartment/room.

Just get her to talk about herself. "If every job in the world paid the same exact money, which job would you want to do." You can go a lot of differebt directions with that one. Make jokes with a bit if teasing along the way. Very light teasing. The jey is that everyone likes talking about thenselves. Get her ti do that.

the other advice is good, but remember the number one thing is feel good, have a good time, and go with the flow a bit. I agree generally with don't kiss her immediately, but if she's very warm and touchy a quick warm kiss hello is normal. everything here is general rules and the only real thing is learn to read the situation.
