Winner winner. I've had this said to me a few different times right before we had sex (because they were exactly that kind of girl, the statement is pretty meaningless).

/u/fnordsnord's response of "Neither am I" is the perfect way to handle it when you're escalating. I've also just straight up laughed in response, but YMMV with that.
