Hi guys. If you missed Part 1 of this post from Wednesday, I've placed the link below that you can go check out:

Also, I've posted both parts to my new blog which you can go check out and subscribe to. I've learned a lot in game the last 6 months and plan on sharing everything I've learned to help you speed up your progress, and give you some infield reports to inspire you to take action for yourself. Here's Part 2:
2) Giving your brain the right feedback after taking action (Eating the right nutrients to build muscle, having the right attitude to keep growing)
This part is crucial and often overlooked. Think about a guy who goes to the gym, lifts the weight he is supposed to lift but then doesn't take protein after the workout. Despite his efforts, if he doesn't take protein, his muscles will not grow. Another example involving a weightlifter is a guy who has a max bench press of 200lbs. He's been training a lot lately and thinks he's ready to try for a new max of 225lbs. He goes to lift the 225lbs, makes a valiant effort, but is just unable to get the weight all the way up. He then beats himself up, starts thinking he's weak, and thinks about giving up on weightlifting.
What I just described above is two different loser weightlifters. One doesn't take their protein after working out, and thus does not build muscle. One perceives the event of not lifting their desired weight as a failure and allows this to get them down and possibly quit weightlifting. But how does the champion weightlifter think?
The champion weightlifter values the fact they just spent an hour of their time in the gym and makes sure that they get the most out of it by taking their protein shake and giving their body the necessary fuel to capitalize on the efforts that were just made in the gym. Also, when a champion weightlifter isn't able to lift their desired weight on that day, they think to themselves "It's all good. I didn't get the weight up today but I'm proud of myself for making a strong effort. I know this is the type of effort and action that's going to lead me to lifting this weight one day. I'm going to be doing weightlifting for a long time, and of course with consistent effort I'm going to get there. Good job me."
Well, if you just spent an hour in your venue where you approach women, and you had three approaches and lets say they went like this:
1) The first girl answered your question, but when you tried to keep talking she said "I'm shopping I've got to go"
2) The next girl talked for a little bit but when you asked her out said "I have a boyfriend, but thanks for talking to me and asking"
3) The next girl talked for awhile, you felt a good connection but when you asked her out said "I would like to but I'm just a tourist, leaving town tonight"
How do you "Take your protein" to build muscle after this "workout". Simple. You feed your brain the right thoughts. For scenario 1, tell yourself "Wow, I approached a girl who wasn't interested in talking in this particular situation we were in and I didn't get slapped, physically harmed, nobody yelled at me or anything bad. This BUILDS MY BELIEF that approaching is safe and easy. I'm sure I'll find a girl who is less stressed out and in less of a rush." For scenario 2, tell yourself, "Cool, I approached a girl, we had a conversation but it turns out she had a boyfriend. This BUILDS MY BELIEF that I can easily spark up conversations with attractive girls that I approach. She said "Thanks for talking to me" and this BUILDS MY BELIEF that women appreciate being approached by a guy who is genuine and authentic. For scenario 3, tell yourself, "Wow, I approached a girl, we had a great connection and if it wasn't for the fact she's leaving town we'd probably go on a date." This BUILDS MY BELIEF that I can create connections with the girls I approach, great things can happen. Next time I connect with a girl like this that I approach, she'll probably have better logistics and we can actually hangout.
Look at all the positive beliefs you've acquired reference experiences for just by doing these three approaches. Did anything insanely amazing happen from those three approaches? No. But by telling your brain what those three approaches means for your future, you are building the foundation of a new belief system that’s going to turn you into the man you want to be. You've acquired experience to build the beliefs that approaching is safe and easy, you can create conversations upon your approach, women appreciate you making an effort to meet them, and that you can create great connections with your approaches. It is important that you're mindful of this and reinforce these beliefs for yourself and congratulate yourself for taking action. Either tell yourself this, or write this in a journal/notepad on your phone immediately after taking the action.
When the champion weightlifter isn't able to lift his desired weight he doesn't tell himself "Ooooh I got rejected by the weights, I'm a loser". He tells himself, "Well, I plan on being fit and in shape my whole life so as I consistently keep weightlifting of course I'm going to be able to lift that weight soon. The fact that I took the action to try to lift this weight today and that I'm going to keep training is the reason why I'm going to lift this weight one day soon."
Just like with approaching, a guy with a winning mindset who gets good at this thinks "Oh ok, so in the current situation I met this girl, our interaction came to an end sooner than I wanted. Well, I plan on approaching and being great with women the rest of my life so of course I'm going to meet more girls like this, of course my communication skills are going to improve as I keep doing this, of course I'll meet girls in better situations to continue the interaction, of course I'm going to get with girls like this as I continue on this journey."
