I practice too at the gym and stuff and let me tell you no one will think you’re a creep. Just hold it until she looks away and then don’t look again unless she does. Cause if you do it once she’ll probably just think you got lost in thought or something. It’s really not a big deal even though it will feel like it at first

I mastered eye contact dude. You gotta look through them bitches. That's how you get them to submit. I have had several women submit just from eye contact. I'm just hella present when I do it and I don't care what they think or what will come across. I'll hold a gaze tell she looks away. Eye contact is a part of things, dude. Don't overdo it though cause you won't move on to other things like body language and vocal tonality. Your body language has to match with what you are saying. I found this fun as fuck when I figured it out. You can tell stories and really catch peoples attention. This is also called being charismatic. I find myself doing it all the time now. I can get pretty much any girl attracted to me. Read the Charisma myth by Olivia Wood. That give you exercises to help you develop it.

A quick smile breaks the tension. She'll usually smile back too. Also, stop caring about what she may think about you. We can't control what others think about us so why stress about it?

Count to 3, make eye contact, hold for a sec, smile, keep walking. Repeat with a bunch of strangers until it feels comfortable and not awkward.

I keep practicing myself. I find it hard when women have a resting bitch face...or just otherwise look like they wished they'd whipped the steering wheel into oncoming traffic...
