You nearly always have to smile first. If you're walking toward her at the time tilt your head slightly which neutralizes any aggressive vibe.

If you make eye contact and you like how she looks, or you're happy to see her, show it by smiling.

Practice cracking open a big, wide smile in the mirror. Lots of us get out of the habit so we have to re-learn it. If the effect is too gorilla like, tone it down to a pleasant half smile and use that.

You smile for maybe 2-3 seconds then switch it off or let it relax into a happy half smile.

Lol'ed at white person smiles. Work part time at an office in hipster Brooklyn that's filled with middle America transplants and there's a lot of that tense pursed lip smile as soon as people walk past/bump into you. It's awful Lol.

Start smiling at girls and giving a casual head nod like you would to a homie when you make eye contact, just saying whats up. Like saying hi to a stranger is a normal thing. Challenge yourself to give off warm energy to girls and you may be surprised that the chicks who seemed cold suddenly open up.

I'm not an "expert" in seduction but in my experience and from what I have also learned through the internet is smile. Smile to awkward moments, smile to jokes that aren't funny, smile when the other person doesn't smile. If you see it in from perspective also, you won't approach easily a sad, serious, angry person. I believe it's one way to give positive vibes and affect their mood to people around you and build familiar relationships. The only problem (for me at least) is being a happy guy doesn't bring women in your bed(wich is why I'm hear and learning). You need more than that.

If you’re at least average looking - looks have nothing to do with the issue. I’m guessing you’re giving off a vibe that is questionable to women. You have to realize women consciously and subconsciously are masters of emotion. They speak through emotions but more importantly listen to them constantly. This is why they shit test amongst other things. Something you should ask yourself and be honest: ‘what vibe am I giving off?’

When you hear people say things like ‘it starts with you,’ they’re not lying. I feel like you’re trying to flirt while being in your head. There is a video that I’ll look for and add to this after. Basically, women can sense a carefree man and one that is in his head. This is why some men consider eye contact creepy.. because they can’t do it with a flirtatious, laid back emotion it comes from logic and all their self limiting beliefs wound up in their mind.

I would suggest talking to everyone as much as you can. Make it a goal when you get groceries or any reason you go out ‘I am going to interact with x amount of people (not just women) and they will be happier because of it.’ From a smirk to hysterical laughter, as long as it’s a positive interaction, it counts. This will help you naturally give off a positive vibe so when you flirt with someone it comes from a place of genuine emotion without attachment.

If you’re passionate about getting really good at this find a job that forces your personality with social interaction. Bartender would be ideal but I’m not sure about your age. Maybe join a dance club, you’d kill a lot of birds with one stone.

You’re young and I’ve been there, in high school I was completely in my head and it prevented me from getting with girls that I look back and realize they wanted me to talk to them. This doesn’t come quick but being aware that something needs to change in you is already half the battle.

I'm about the same size, and it took me a long time to realize I can be a bit physically intimidating to women. Perhaps you have male "resting bitch face" or whatever, but you may have to consciously change your demeanor and manage personal space to something that's a little less threatening. You might "soften" your wardrobe a bit too.

And just assume a girl is interested in you. A hot girl can generally just assume men are attracted to her, right? That should be your attitude. The question you should be asking is whether you're interested in her -- beyond her looks, that is.

As a decent-looking guy, don't fall into the trap that I did: Passively letting the women choose you, practically making a girl throw herself at you before you react. It's easy, it's safe, but you'll almost never get what you want. You're young. Get this "game" thing down NOW so that you are the one making the choices, as a man should, for the rest of your life. It will serve you and your potential partners well.
