There's a lot to dissect here but also a lot of info missing. Let's just address what you mentioned.

First of all, you should NEVER be texting the girl for anything else than setting up the date. Your initial impression on her should be what you rely on. Stay a mystery.

But the most important thing that stands out here for me is this:

You are talking waaaay too much on your dates. STFU! And I'm saying that with the love of an older brother, wiser uncle, enlightened guide. Shut. The. Fuck. Up.

You are literally talking yourself out of pussy. She should be doing near 90% of the talking and you just keep it alive every now and then by asking a question while remaining cool and laid back. She has to leave the date thinking "wow that was amazing and I feel I barely even know the guy! We will have to do a second date!"

You know you've done it right when she texts you first after a date saying she had a good time. That's a VERY good sign.

And just to circle back to texting - you need to be the busiest man you know. You should phsyically not be able to reply to her or text her the whole damn time! Work on your goals man! Every text in the beginning phases of a relationship carries the risk of messing things up. You want to keep contact to an absolute minimum and remain the mysterious, sexy guy she is creating in her head.
