Hello everyone,
There is a question of mine I cannot seem to find definitive answer for, and I believe people who have a lot of interactions with women unlike me can help in that regard.
I am deeply passionate about a variety of subjects like economics, politics, philosophy, science, finance, psychology, business, history and all sorts of things related to knowledge and the study of stuff. I have no problem at all finding MALE friends to talk about metaphysics for 6 hours and actually enjoying the time. I have made some GREAT friends because of that and I somewhat hoped to find a mate who would share that passion.
My experience (again, very low sample so not very good to study), is that it really does not translate at all in making great mates, and I believe women in average are not nearly as much interested in these subjects, meaning me actually being myself and initiating "interesting" discussions with women as always been bad, even if I do believe women are as capable as men to bring interesting ideas and arguments to the table.

What is your opinion about it ? Is it reasonable to expect women to be interested in that or to find knowledgeable people attractive ? Did I get it wrong and I am not searching enough ? Give me your thoughts !

Thanks, and I hope I can get a better understanding about this.
