Ever since I got quite a professional job, got into exercise more seriously and focused on being social, women seem to be more into me.

When I meet women out in the world in situations I interact with them (which primarily is through work I guess, I meet a lot of new people). They seem very interested in me, they smile at me greatly, laugh at what I say, ask me a ton of questions, compliment me, give me very interested looks and facial expressions and will even give me a phone number if necessary.

I assume to get this reaction, I'm doing something right, right? I don't know if women are generally just like this or if that means I've hit some baseline of attraction to get that.

But the problem is, when I text them, I don't get anywhere. They seem suddenly fairly disinterested. They trail off or are unresponsive.
