I am in a very similar situation but with a co-worker. Tried 2 times to take her out in the span of 6 months after 2 "dates" six months ago (to me it was just hanging out with a friend, but in hindsight she looked at it as a date). She declined. Your girl could be different. If you want to salvage the relationship talk to her, otherwise try to move on. I currently don't know if I should clear things up or not since we see each other at work and she is dating other guys.
