Some advice, with the "?" you sent, girls pick up on that as needy and defensive. Instead, wait a bit, maybe a day or 2 (not sure how long you waited) re-engage with her a funny story, image, etc. Now she said she will let you know because of A) she is too nice to tell you she isn't interested or B ) She is looking at other options and maybe you'll be the only guy that's available to her.

If she doesnt respond she doesnt care. If she responds in anger then she never cared either and more than likely she found someone else. You aren't looking for a quick response but you don't want to be treated like your feelings and thoughts don't matter.

Think about it. If you liked someone a lot, no matter how busy you are, you will give that person the time of day unless there is no way for her to contact you.
