Do something you think is funny and then your positive vibes and energy will rub off on the girl/woman. She will see your "personality" and what she'll miss if she rejects you further along the way.

A nice city walk with some slightly challenging terrain such as rock hopping across a stream or climbing a 3 foot high rock. Or just lead her by walking on top of a (safe) parapet. Lots of opportunities for incidental kino. Change the scene by popping into a coffee shop or bar. Did I mention that this has to be a very short walk or transit hop to your place or hers? Where wine, refreshments, phone chargers, a bathroom etc. are conveniently located.

Ikea store, role playing that you're a couple. We had a very funny thread on this a month ago or so.

Are there any cool walks near to where you both live?

Like historical sites/houses or castles etc?

Because then you can walk and talk and get to know each other in a nice environment free of pressure.

rock garden, sea shore, woods, walk a bridge, museum,

visit The Troll under the Fremont bridge in Seattle.

or find your local place of interest.

Start a conversation, keep it light, compliment her.
