You're entirely not MGTOW material. You don't "go MGTOW" because you suck and can't get girls. That's just hiding behind the MGTOW label to avoid admitting to yourself that you suck.

"Durrr...it's okay that nobody wants to fuck me, because I'm MGTOW and I'm working on myself!"

If you're sleeping more than 9 hours a day, cut that shit out. Quit playing video games. Quit watching TV. Get your ass off of the internet. Stop fapping and looking at porn. You don't have time to waste being a fucking vegetable.

Wake up at 5 in the morning. Go to the gym first thing. That gets it out of the way and frees up the rest of your day after work. Lift hard and heavy. Take a cold-ass shower. Go to work.

Even if your job is a shitty manual job, do it well. Become indispensable to your boss. Become friends with your co-workers. You're new in the country, and you need to develop a network. Just because you're not trying to pick up women doesn't mean you get to turn your brain off and stop improving your life.

You're only feeding one guy, and you're not paying child support, so even with a low income, you should be able to buy and eat good shit. If you can't cook tasty food from quality groceries, learn. Grow up. Cut alcohol out of your life. It's expensive and conflicts with your desire to not be an out of shape fatass.

As soon as you're home from work, you're still on the clock for improving your life. You don't get to unwind by watching TV. That's what losers do. You're here on The Red Pill. I can't speak on computer programming myself, but a lot of people experienced in the field say that you can learn programming languages and start to get freelance work if you put in the time.

Whether you do computer shit or something else, you're on the right track looking for ways to improve your professional life. I'm assuming you're multi-lingual? Is there anything you can do to get some side work translating, interpreting, or even something governmental? If you have a vet background, are you taking steps to get whatever licenses/citizenship crap you need done so you can do the job you trained to do in your new country?

Whatever you're trying to do, build, or create, that should dominate your life every day after work.

But set aside at least one, maybe two days a week to go out. Not to bars and clubs. You're 37, Asian, fat, and pasty. You need to get a few social hobbies (preferably physical ones and/or ones that develop skills), join groups, and go do them. This grows your social network - that network is who you tap for professional leads, as well as how you meet women. You never, ever stop adding to your Rolodex.

It's kind of a silly question to ask how a guy finds the will to do something with his life instead of sitting on his ass doing nothing. I think your problem may be that you find your situation insurmountable, so you don't create a plan with manageable steps that you can take. You just sit. If my outline above isn't helpful, check out r/becomeaman and try following some of the steps there.

"Kill time playing video games, watching TV, or wasting time on reddit and porno."

How does that quote go, "I wasted time and now doth time waste me."

The first step is recognizing that those activities are a waste of time. Now start doing them less until you don't do them at all. Almost anything is a better use of your time. Anything.

Make a list of books you need to read and start reading them. Join onling groups where programming is discussed. There is no easy way. You need to work through the pain of not constantly giving yourself cheap rewards for merely existing.

At least with being on internet, I discover TRP so that is one positive.

Yes, great discovery. Now go away and get your shit together. See you on the other side when you're a man.

You don't start with doing it seven nights a week; you start with doing one or two nights a week. Also, stop with the video-games and take up something that puts your around women; I recommend dancing. You must still have balance in your life, even if your are working hard. If you are isolated too much, you'll go crazy. If your work requires isolation, do something that puts your around people for recreation.

You just have to start whatever it is you're doing. The first step is generally the hardest. The second step is much easier and it snowballs till whatever used to be a chore feels like a normal habit. Weight lifting for example is something most people want to start doing but fail to at least attempt. Once most people get into it, it becomes something they can't go without.

So write down a list of things you will no longer tolerate failing at. Also write down a list of things you will start doing literally as soon as possible. Doesn't have to be complicated but starting simple good habits can produce long term benefits on how you function. Something like making your bed every morning or doing 100 pushups each day can have a strong subconscious impact long term and are very easy to do.
