Nice question, I struggled with it a lot of times in metro stations and never did anything. But I know that not going to approach her is only an excuse to not take action, whatever you think ( like "oh I could go on that platform but what if the train arrives and she jumps in ?" Or "maybe her bf is near.." ).

So, thanks for the question, and my answer is "yes". I say it for you and for me, because , let's say it : there no really wrong place where to approach am hot chick.

Go for it. But there has GOT to be more potential women around than just this one? Open your eyes, don't limit yourself.

In the rest of your life when walking around, getting coffee etc. try emptying your mind and being observant and open to possibilities, the same way as you do on the train platform.
