For starters, do you ever let any of them know you think they're attractive/cute? Until you do, they may not even consider you a sexual possibility.

After/ during a conversation that's going well, I've dropped " you're fun, any bf/gf/husband/wife/children/cats in the picture?"

They laugh, I get a yes or no. If yes, I say cool, we're gonna be friends and just continue on. If single, I pause, give a little smirk and say "interesting..." and then continue the banter.

Many will disagree with this approach but it's congruent with my direct style. If you're not making your intentions known, that's the one thing you can change now to start getting better results.

I’m also in college and here’s my advice: you actually have to be in a situation where escalating to sex is appropriate. So like alone in ur dorm or at a party. Most girls don’t have sex on their mind right after class, club meets, or events so it’s hard to escalate from that.

nightlife settings are always the best for hooking up w/ girls in college imho. It helps to know some frat ppl, which gives you an easy in "hey [girl], theta blah blah blah is hosting this party. I can bring one girl with me, would you like to come?" Of course not everyone knows or cares to develop relationships w/ frat guys so you may need to find other things. Just being an overall social person helps, that way you know of events and can invite girls to one.

basically, going from a club meeting -> hooking up at your dorm is a tough sell, unless the girl already likes you. But going from club meeting -> party -> hooking up is much easier pathway. Girls like that you know how to be social, and that you're fun. Also it helps that there's an overall fun/reckless environment in the air.. girls wanna have the "college experience" too.
