Is this stuff any good?

I read book of pook when I was younger and don't remember much but thought it was very good, i should probably read it again...I feel like I'd retain much more and would be able to understand the concepts better.

But I see some names tossed around on here. I read mark manson last summer, it was aight. I started reading corey wayne 3% man earlier, got about 20 pages in before I closed the pdf. Seems like alot of this stuff is just hot air and for people who are extremely, extremely inexperienced, like farther behind than I was 10 years ago. The book mentions that you should read it 10-15 times so you can retain everything. I don't have time for that, like at all. maybe once, but I have other hobbies. Fitness, my career, spirituality, music production, and my social life. I'm trying to develop all of these aspects much further and take them to the next level within the next year and I dont have time for this goofy book.

Wouldnt a woman be more attracted to someone who spends their time building a life over someone who reads the same book, over and over again, that some guy who has nothing in common with me wrote 15 years ago? Seriously? Legit question.

Is any of this stuff any good or any of these guys legit? I love reading seduction forums, I view seduction as an art of human dynamic. I think that the people who view this stuff as bad are boring and basic and missing a huge part of the human experience, its truly beautiful. But many of the books seem like quick money schemes to rip off hopeless guys. Are any of them worth reading? and if yes why?
