It's good to learn about body language as you get to know yourself and get better at interacting with women, but ultimately you should "get out of your head" and deal with women on instinct.

If this pursed lips thing is a sign she's anxious or tense then it may be because you are in your head, watching her and anxiously trying to decode her reactions to you in an intellectual way. Your tense emotional state has been conveyed to her and she's instinctively mirroring your tension.

Instead you want to be feeling fun and happy excitement when you're with an attractive woman. It will show in your body language and in other subtle ways and if she is also attracted to you she will instinctively mirror your happy state.
