How is meditation related to all of this?

Meditation helps you grow more social awareness and not being in your head. When you are mindful you have the ability to be present in a conversation/relationship. Everyone has different minds so some need more help being present than others. Meditation helps a bunch if you find yourself stuck in your head when in social situations.

When you meditate you have a calmness within you. So when your with a girl and things go well or horrible your not freaking out and making it obviously a big deal. Learn to just be present and calm with yourself and others. Also allows you to hold eye contact way better.

Gives you crazy intense eye contact (if doing with eyes open). Allows you to feel your way into situations. Peace of mind so you just flow
