So leave it till tomorrow (the day of the date) and text again to confirm details. The text should assume that she is coming since she has already agreed to meet.

It is normal for you to confirm details. If you were meeting a friend you would do the same.

If it's like minigolf then take another girl and take a picture of you guys minigolfing and then send it to her and say "minigolfing was fun". Just replace minigolf with whatever activity you planned.

In all seriousness don't do this (although I guess you could do it but instead just post it on your story instead because she will still see it) and just wait for her to respond. If she doesn't respond by a reasonable time tommorrow then have a backup plan with friends or even another girl. If she finally responds but it's like 1 hour before the date then I probably wouldn't even bother going unless it was a legit excuse.

Sg similar happened to me the other day. I messaged a girl from my social circle (we had some conversations at parties before) if she want's to check out a concert with me. She just opened the message and didn't answer which I found rude considering a "Hey sorry I'm busy" would have been cool for me, and I would know shes not interested.

Next time we met I called her out and in a super calm and honest way I told her that it was a bit weird (or childish) for me that she did not react at all. She blushed so she know it's not a polite thing to leave someone hanging, mumbled some excuses and now checking all of my stories but im pretty much uninterested at this point.

So might not be the coolest move but calling someone out on this behaviour while being absolutely non threatening is also an option.
