For those whose biggest hurdle is approach anxiety, you will experience fucking hell. You will have to accept the worst possible outcomes in your mind and completely lock those in. You will have to accept a possible bad reputation, and being looked at as a complete fucking idiot and loser creep by all of society. Because in order to get better, that's just what you'll have to go through. And to go through that, the fear of others' perceptions of you will have to be overcome. It won't be easy. It'll be hard af. You might be in the mall 3 hours straight every day for an entire week and only get down one shitty approach. But you know what? You will keep recognising where your fears are coming from and addressing them in the sense that you expect even the most negative of outcomes. And in doing so, you are freed. Yes, you will look like a complete fucking ass. People might laugh at you. You will be judged. But by the end of all the bullshit, you will learn. You will grow. You will gain experience. And those who laughed at you, will be running to you for your validation. So fuck other peoples' opinions. Keep doing you. Keep growing. And keep getting better. You matter. How do you expect to become this compassionate person if you've never felt true social discomfort? If you've never been rejected HARD multiple times? Never had an inconsiderate chick look at you like a complete fucking loser and walk off without even giving you the time of day. And on the other hand, felt what it's like to be completely accepted for your genuine self? These can only be experienced by becoming polarising. Be the loser. Be the weirdo. Because in doing so, you will become the god of your reality. And this will seep out into the rest of your life too. You've accepted the consequences of existing as yourself. And now you can start playing the game. Welcome.
