We as humans are vulnerable to our own minds, no matter how 'alpha' one seems to be, there is always a time where we fall to the bullshit of our minds.

If you're feeling like a complete chump, feeling like you're not attractive enough or just having a down type of day , realize this:

Female world population is estimated at 3,851,531,444 (billion). If 99% of females found you unattractive, and only 1% found you attractive, that means 38,515,314 million women want you to be their (baby) daddy.

I find this trick incredibly helpful as we guys tend to be a very logical, so having a black and white answer with solid proof(s) persuades our belief systems.

Now if only 1% of worlds women find you attractive, literally bottom of the barrel, that means you're literally Shrek, and 38 million still want you. Most guys don't give themselves enough credit for their looks (as in you're probably better looking than you see yourself , I read a psychological study once, stating that other people see us 20% more attractive than we perceive ourselves); so if you don't look like Shrek, you can add hundred(s) or ten(s) of million(s), or billion(s) women to that starting 38 million.

So if you're talking to a girl you like, or trying to open a set, imagine if you opened your Instagram right now, and had 38 million DMs. Now that girl who seems out of your league or makes you nervous, isn't as important as your brain made her seem (your brain literally Chuck Norris drop-kick her down of the pedestal).
