You will transform into a hot guy once you have a life mission that you value more than women, so much more that even if you get married your wife will always be second place to that mission.

Think guys like Kobe Bryant. He wanted to be the best. Do you think that when he was in his house the day after losing a game and his wife is there saying, "Baby, I want you to take the day off and spend some time with me." he would do that? Hell no, he went to the gym and practiced like a madman.

Techniques like giving her negative body language, teasing, disqualification, false time constraints, qualification, challenging, etc. are just things designed to emulate what an actual man on a mission does with women. Think about it, if you were actually so obsessed with achieving something so big then whenever a woman came along, no matter how hot, you would really question whether she is worth your time or not. Being the guy that is so firmly on his path that women are constantly fighting for his attention is hot as fuck.

It doesn't matter what positive adjective women use to describe you, as long as it's positive.

I get described as handsome, sexy, cute, beautiful, pretty, attractive, well put together, etc.

It all means one thing, I've passed step one. All I have to do is pass step two.

I had similar problems. I think a lot of it has to do with seeing the point of social interaction, and life in general, as getting along with people and gaining their approval. When we grow up with this mindset, we tend to see conflict and competition as things to be avoided, and so when we get to know someone, we feel a sensation of relief and 'open up' to them, but we do so too much.

When you can go through life with self-confidence, and not be always waiting to find people who will 'accept you for who you are,' you will stop acting this way so much when you get to actually know someone.

Tl;dr: You're an approval-seeker. Read No More Mr Nice Guy.
