The bests options I always use :

"I have to go now, how we can continue this conversation ?" [Neil Strauss], and then you said it, stay there and look her into her eyes firmly. Pro: you don't ask directly for the number. Cons: she can go for Instagram. (Advice: don't give socials, if she keep insisting for Instagram or FB or whatever know that is because she wants likes or story views, not to really stay in contact with you).
"Let's exchange numbers" [Tom Torero] and then you gave her your phone with the dialer on the screen. Pro: you go for the number. Cons: is more needy than option 1. But works as well.

Those work pretty good (I use them primarily during daygame), because at the end, if she doesn't want to give you her numb she has to reject you (fine, being a man means being comfortable with being rejected, next!), and if she wants to give it to you, she is already in the easiest position to do it, because you asked.

Ask if you can give her your number instead, then she will be can take initiative if she is interested, and it doesn't pressure her further if she isnt interested, because if she isnt she just wont text you if you get what I'm saying

Asking for a number is not needy. It can depends on the context tho. If I'm at a club they ask for my snap or I ask her and it's easy AF. If I'm at a more casual setting and I feel chemistry, I'll just straight up ask for her number at a good time in the conversation. It helps to have a good reason for it, if you two both connected on something it gives a reason to keep in touch. I've seen some videos by a guy named Jack Denmo where he asks girls for their number and it's really desperate because he cold approaches, forces a conversation, and gets their number then splits.

Just ask her straight up. Don't be creepy just be like "Hey we should go grab a coffee sometime, can I get your number?" If she says no, it wouldn't haved worked anyways and no matter what you say in trying to "finesse" her she wouldn't have been interested and you have your answer and you can move on. Don't be scared of rejection, we all have to face it. If she says yes, then you know there Is at least a slight interest. Good luck homie, be realistic, girls are people just like us.
