1. Read “How to Win Friends and Influence People” or hell, any damn book on communicating with people. All people, not just women.
  2. Say “Hi, How are you” or any variation of that to everyone.
  3. Share something that you read or saw with the people around you. This is literally an opener “Have you see” or “What do you think about this...”
  4. Stop going to the same place you always go. Sure you know people there but by going and doing new things, when you come back its immediate grounds to catch up, share that experience and invite them.
  5. Check on the friends you do have. Even if you haven't been out with them in a while. It's going to make them feel a lot better
  6. It’s ok to give compliments but don't use that as a crutch.
  7. GO WHERE PEOPLE ARE - If you use these tips and get to where large groups of people are or the night life you have a greater chance to meet and connect with people and see them again.
  8. Do one new thing every single week or month to break the routine. Rock climb, skydiving, skating, road trips, museum, zoo or whatever.
  9. Stop going home and watching Netflix after work. Find something active to do, be it the gym, or even some place to watch a game or ask someone to hang out. You want to keep social momentum.
  10. Friday and Saturday are not the first nights or days you should be going out. Most of you have some kind of anxiety or lack of momentum so trying to get through all that between 930pm and 2am with alcohol ain't gonna do it.
  11. Use more positive words with other people and yourself.
  12. Think in terms of solutions not problems.
  13. Do it now! If it's something new, talking to someone or taking on a task or challenge. Think, how can I do this now?

This shit isn't magic and I guarantee that if you do this for a month you will not need a coach, openers, routines, wings, seduction, pua, tinder or any of that shit you think you need to boost your social skills. If you just do 3 things from this list every week you will be light-years ahead of those who just want to make excuses.
