my suggestion is just to gradually increase your game via text/Snapchat/FaceTime. You’ll know you’re on the top of the roster if she responds warmly and flirts back (unless she’s shy or socially awkward lol).

Often girls flat out tell you you're in the friendzone by literally using the word. I got texts before such as:

"Thank you for being such a great friend."

"Take care my friend"

Generally speaking this happens because you were coming on too strong and looked too unattractive and needy, even a bit embarrassing to be around. Explicitly putting you in the friendzone is a girl's polite way of saying, "Back off you're creeping me out."

It doesn't happen any more once you learn inner and outer game. You will respect women more and they will respect you for what you are without getting creeped out.

I would say by judging the sexual tension/flirting. If it’s non existent then you’re in the friend zone.

What’s her physical contact like? In my experience, If she likes you not in a friendzone way, she’ll always find a way to touch you or make some sort of contact
