I jerk it a LOT less since I went from fat to in good shape. I don't think its because of less sex drive, its because I have less unspent energy.

Losing fat requires a calorie deficit, its hard for your body to get into sex mode when its basically starving.

Two, when I'm crushing it at the gym on weights, I'm not going to have the same energy levels at night. Sure I'm far better off than I used to be, but I "blew my load" if you will at the gym. I just need sleep now for that muscle building stage.

Prior to cutting the weight, and just working out I found my sex drive actually increased, but cutting + lifting means you won't have a full tank.

I don't really know about the science behind it, but it happens to me when I cut. AFAIK fat is the main source of hormonal production, doesn't seem right to think that just because your fat intake is lower your T levels should drop, but if you throw in the caloric deficit, plus the physical stress of working out, I mean, you're putting your body through a major change so in my mind it does make sense that your libido shouldn't be the same.

Again, I'm talking out of my ass here, but it does happen to me, if I masturbate twice a week while cutting, I literally don't feel the need for sex, now if I stop masturbating while cutting, in my case, about one and a half to two weeks after I literally start thinking about calling a hooker, I get random boners all day and when I see a nice ass in the street I just lost track of what I'm doing for a sec.

Also you're 38, no offense but it's a proven fact that as we age T levels drop, maybe you can get a full bloodwork done and see if maybe you can get into TRT.

I had this problem too, first as a side effect of a keto diet and then after I lost 2.5 stone through intermittent fasting. I supplement with 30mg Zinc five days of the week and it has massively boosted my sex drive. I'm waking up with morning wood, getting random erections and taking notice of every woman I see or have any interaction with. Seriously, I feel like I'm going through puberty again.

Also try cold showers to boost Test levels.

According to Tim Ferriss in the 4-Hour Body, you should eat Brazil nuts, consume some fish oil tablets, and take cold showers. See if that helps :)

Same here. I'm noticing results in my body. I have more energy but not getting horny unless it's in the morning. From what I'm reading it's a psychological thing if morning wood is raging. If you don't have morning wood- it's physical.

If you have anxiety, depression, or stress, your body is producing Cortisol- the stress hormone responsible for blocking testosterone. Get treated, get sleep, do things that make you laugh and have fun.
