One confidence but here’s the thing. This doesn’t mean ppl pleasing. This means your confident to the point that you know you don’t need them. You can be generous but be an authentic generous not some I need to please generous. If you can’t be authentically confident, that’s where it’ll lead to being ppl pleasing
Be fun. What I mean is don’t feel like this is a big deal when you go on a date. Of course get to know her, but still a date is a date. Make it fun. You get to show who you are when you hang out, not just a questionnaire. Who needs those?
Be respectful. Make time for her and let that time be your time with her. Then things that you do, say work or exercising, that’s time that you need to focus on. She’s in the same boat so you got to be respectful and not demanding or needy of her time. And if she doesn’t care or makes excuses well then ciao. Lot more beautiful women out there, and she just wasn’t the one.
You make her not only comfortable but safe. If she can feel comfortable around you that also means you make her feel safe. Doesn’t mean you have to go and take martial arts and become the next Bruce lee. It just means she’s not only safe with you physically but emotionally and mentally too, which leads to..!
Trustworthy. Being trustworthy means both of you can be reliable enough by being vulnerable. Everyone is going to have those days where it was the worst or something from the past haunts them. You got to be trustworthy enough to just be there and listen. As guys we like to be the problem solvers of the world, but sometimes she just may need you to listen. But here’s the thing. Many a nice guy is automatically defaulted to such a position. The difference is they’re more of the ears of the daily life, not the deep personal stuff.

From an overall perspective one big key thing I want to mention too is this. It takes time and patience. These things won’t happen over night. Relationships take time to build. And especially in dating it’s still a growing relationship. Some ppl think once they’re official they’re in! No more hard work. Guess what? It’s growing no matter what. It’s a lot like a tree. Some trees take time to grow. Especially if you take care of it, it takes a lot to work. But guess what? It’s worth it if both of you are diligent to put in the work and effort not just to maintain but keep the relationship growing.

I would say if any person is respectable to the people to whom he does not have to be respectful, chances are he has high value. People should respect others not because they are powerful but because without giving respect no one should expect respect in return.
